In Amsterdam, 13 percent of the city’s space is used for parking. Still, it’s hard to find a parking spot. At ParkBee we are on a mission to change that. We develop smart tech to make the underutilised parking space of office buildings, apartments, hotels and public car parks, available to the public. We turn those locations into affordable car parks for customers through apps like Parkmobile and Park-line and many more in the future. It is our ambition to optimise parking infrastructure, transitioning on-street parkers to off-street locations. Hereby we want to give space back to the city!
Over the last few years, we have grown from an ambitious start-up to an even more ambitious scale-up. We have two offices, in the Netherlands and the UK and manage over 150 ParkBee-locations. We now have 35 employees, working from London and Amsterdam. To enhance the growth in the Netherlands and later in Europe it is of great importance that we expand our business and add more locations to the network.

To add more locations to our portfolio we work closely with real estate owners, brokers and agents. Parkbee offers them an innovative technological parking solution and therewith a sustainable proposition and an attractive yield. We have built up a large network of building owners and are aiming to expand it further. As an Account Manager it is important to keep our partners engaged and acquire new locations.
What you'll be doing:
We are looking for an experienced Account manager to join our acquisition team. As our Account Manager you're of great importance to our growth. Your main focus will be to expand the number of parking locations in the Netherlands. You will open-up new opportunities from your own and our existing network. Additionally, you’ll accelerate opportunities in our pipeline, identify and approach real estate investors for portfolio deals with multiple locations and close deals in the end. You will be part of the Dutch acquisitions team.
